Hi all.

As some of you may have seen, there has been an update to the PIDS (Passenger Information Display Screens) at Sydney Train stations.
Instead of showing the next train and the following train, it now shows the next train plus the following two trains.

Sydney Trains Delays - Trains over 4 hours (240 minutes) late

Hi all.
It looks like today definitely isn’t the day to be travelling on Sydneys Trains.
Due to an earlier breakdown at Town Hall and track repairs at Central some trains are over 100 minutes late.
The photo above shows a train that is 242 minutes late.
That’s just over 4 hours.

It’s probably best to avoid the rail network today (if you can).
Tomorrow is a new day.

Hi all.
Waratah set A42 which was damaged as a result of hitting the buffers at Richmond station Platform 2 in January 2018 has returned to service.

PPTV carriage D6379 is replacing D6342 for the time being.

In the photo above we see A42 at Central as it leaves Platform 17 for a City Circle service with D6379 being the closest car to the camera.
