Today i want to talk about ATP Oscar Sets H4 & H5 (shown below).

H5 below.
The photo's above show Oscar sets H4 & H5 at Central with their pantographs down.
These Oscars have been ATP Testing for a couple of years.
It appears that they are ready to return to service.
ATP stands for Automatic Train Protection.
I will post an update Blog one i confirm that they are returning to service.
